The Ocean Fern Ring ring designed to be worn everyThe Ocean Fern ring, bespoke made for you on the Isle of Arran by Jess MacDonald Brass. The Ocean Fern ring is created by carving, shaping and melting wax, then using a method called 'lost wax casting'. I use this process to create soft flowing forms and air bladder shapes which looks similar to the the seaweeds found in UK waters, like wireweed and various wrack species. Wrack and many other seaweeds are common along rocky shores, shaped by constant
