Antique “Strawberry Red” Philite Scales 5" x 1 1/2" x .19 In amazing used condition withPhilite is very similar to Bakelite, just manufactured by the Philips company. Use sharp tools belts to prevent chipping. Try to keep cool during grinding to prevent movement as this material has no substrate. It is completely resin based.
